This recipe is super simple and an easy way to prepare kale. Feel free to kick it up a notch if you like with a pinch of red pepper flakes. It's gluten free & dairy free with a vegan option.
1 large bunch organic kale, washed, center vein removed & leaves chopped
3/4c. organic chicken broth or organic vegetable broth
Himalayan salt to taste
Organic black pepper to taste
In a large soup pot add broth, kale, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer on low to medium low until kale is wilted and tender. Serve immediately.
