Cranberry Pear Sauce

A wonderfully tasty side dish for your Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner. This recipe is Gluten free, Dairy free.



2 1/2c. organic fresh cranberries

2 small organic pears

1/2c. organic apple cider

1/4c. organic coconut sugar See Sweeteners

¼ tsp. organic ground allspice



Add all ingredients into 2-quart sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes. After about 7 minutes use a large spoon or potato masher to begin mashing pears and cranberries. Continue until it becomes sauce like and thickened. Pour into bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve cold or heat on low to warm up.
