This recipe is gluten free and dairy free.
2T. sesame or avocado oil
8oz. lean beef (sirloin steak), trimmed of all fat & sliced into thin strips
1c. each organic yellow squash, organic carrots, organic broccoli, organic celery, & organic onions sliced
2T. Organic Tamari-gluten free, reduced sodium (San-J)
2c. Hot cooked brown rice
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add beef strips; cook & stir until browned. Add vegetables and sauté until tender-crisp or to preferred taste. Add tamari, stir and cook until heated. Serve over cooked brown rice.
